Do you have a Return?
You may return any item purchased from Build A Body for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Build A Body reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
