Protein
The number one supplement is a good protein powder. In addition to eating three or four times a day, add OSMO BuildFast or Whey Protein (50g) two or three times daily on workout days. Jim recommends adding 2 T. of Missing Link to one of the daily shakes.
Cell Volumizer
For a cell volumizer, try OSMO Creatine and OSMO Glutamine Edge , 5gm three times daily. After a workout use OSMO Cell Max.
Testosterone
In order to build lean muscle you need plenty of testosterone. The "king" of pro-hormones is OSMO Androdiol. It has no direct conversion to estrogen or DHT. Start with 100 - 200mg spaced out three times a day. You may stack OSMO Cyclo-Diol or OSMO Cyclo-Nor-Diol with the Androdiol for better absorption. Another good pro-h is OSMO Mor-Andro 200. This gives you 100mg each of Androdiol and Androstene. You can stack the Mor-Andro with one of the Cyclos, but DO NOT TAKE TWO TABS OF THE SAME KIND AT THE SAME TIME. YOU MAY TAKE ONE ANDRODIOL WITH ONE CYCLO OR ONE MOR-ANDRO WITH A CYCLO, BUT NOT A CYCLO WITH A CYCLO.
OSMO Tribulis Complex is an "all natural" way to increase testosterone levels. Pro-H cycles should last 10 weeks on and 2 weeks off. In between cycles us the Tribulis Complex to increase Leutinizing Hormone (LH) which signals the "nads" to produce more testosterone.
Thermogenic
To burn fat and increase energy try OSMO Gink-Go-Lean (3 caps twice daily).
Train Hard
Get plenty of rest
Drink 1 - 2 gallons water daily
